Any construction or renovation work can take up a substantial amount of cost. Hence, the client’s budget plan is the first to be discussed and considered when we meet for the first time to plan a project. This is to ensure that the construction or renovation design within the financial reach of the client is made possible, including any special requirements or their preferred style.
A renovation/interior design/furnishing project is comparably less complicated but site measurement is mandatory. Accurate measurement of space needs to be verified before any work can be executed. Precision matters. Upon understanding the requirements of the client, one or several design proposal(s) will be issued to the client followed by a quotation.
